Liked The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and since we arrived after a late flight, we appreciated there being room service and late night food options available.
Disliked This doesn't apply to all staff that we encountered, but some of the FOH team didn't seem approachable or friendly. Considering the price, availability of staff in the concierge area and having come off from a long and late flight with many bags, we would have appreciated more assistance with our bags upon arrival and departure.
