Liked Big bcos this is the original unit i booked

Disliked Floor dusty, washing machine dirty,bathroom got big cockroach, sofa already peeling, the material stick to our pants after sitting. wifi not working, informed staff slow response, ask some more not happy, said busy, push to someone else! Busy is not an excuse as we hv paid for the service. Earlier book this unit, owner said this unit was taken and info not updated by booking.com. Give me another unit as a replacement. Pls upgrade yr booking system.
