Titiwangsa Cabin Retreats by Vale Pine

Not happy with my happy and will not come again

Liked Nothing

Disliked They simply tell me that the room I have booked was sold out. They replace with other room and was told it was bigger but it was not as nice as the one I booked. We felt scammed by the property and were not happy but continue to stay as we were desperate. The room has fridge which was disgustingly dirty and mouldy and I dare not use their kettle or cup.

not recommended

Disliked The staff or receptionist that greet us not so welcoming. Staff need to confirm with the bos about booking and was taking half an hour just to get the confirmation.

Very good

All in all a comfortable stay

Liked Location is great. The bed is comfortable

Disliked The bathroom sinks a little in the middle causing collection of water at that area what is difficult to dry up
