Disliked It was a raining season

Leaking property, thw worst host ever..

Liked The host is so bad. Didn't bother to solve issues with the leaking property. Just gave to guest to stay without taking responsibility. This has ruined my holiday. Where we had to stay the with worries all night while it rains. as we paid RM500 with another RM100 deposit by the host. It was not refundable if we walk out.

Disliked The property is leaking when it rains. The water runs till the living hall and all over the kitchen and the small room. The facility owner didn't bother to reply. They already aware of the issue, but blame the property management didnt fix it. After chase many times just gave towels for us to wipe the water by ourselves. Claiming its not hotel. When asked for a change of room, they do not have any other. If want to cancel they just don't want to refund. We were forced to stay in full of worries at night when it was raining.

A clean, comfortable place with great amenities and friendly service.

Liked Highly recommended for a small family trip, as the house is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a complete kitchen and utensils. Extra mattresses are provided, the swimming pool is lovely, and the owner offers excellent service.

Disliked It took 40 minutes to get a lift when checking out.
