Liked ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sangat puas hati! 🥰 Tempat memang cantik, bersih dan tenang. Paling best, lokasi betul-betul dekat dengan laut — bangun pagi dapat tengok view cantik dan angin sepoi-sepoi. 🌊☀️ Kemudahan pun lengkap dan sesuai sangat untuk family atau staycation. Kolam renang pun best, anak-anak buah semua seronok! Overall, memang pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan dan berbaloi. Kalau datang Kuantan lagi, confirm akan repeat stay dekat sini. ❤️ Highly recommended! 👍✨

Nice property but needs more customer care approach

Liked The location of building is just in front of nice long sandy beach. The apartment is nice and well equipped for short staying. Two bedrooms are not very big but still sufficient for comfortable rest. NETFLIX is provided. Parking is conveniently located within the building. Driving to city center is app. 25-30 minutes.

Disliked On the first night a big cockroach moved to one of bathrooms through the open window. Although it’s not the problem of the apartment owner but rather the general issue of residence management team, such unpleasant visitor had scared the kids. The beds are too soft, but it’s our personal opinion. Maybe some people like that type of mattresses. The complementary breakfast is provided to two persons for one day only. The other guests shall pay 8 RMY (app. 2 USD) each for breakfast. That’s not customer friendly policy at all. We booked the apartment for four persons and it would be much better for the owner to include the extra 4 dollars to the rate during booking rather than asking for payment.
