Liked We loved staying in this apartment. It offers easy access to the beach, a beautiful sea view from the 2-bedroom unit and corridor , and convenient ground-floor parking. The host was also very friendly and accommodating. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future and would highly recommend it to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Liked Location, beach view, owner's parking lot is very near to the main lobby.

Disliked The owner had the cheek to ask for a security deposit but didn't even bother to check whether the house is in its best condition or not. Never have i stayed in any Airbnb, n the owner asked for an extra security deposit (even when i booked thru booking.com). This is not a hotel mind u & in hotels, we'll swipe our credit card for authorisation, but we are not charged yet. In this case, i had to bank into the personal account of the owner. Although i managed to get my security deposit back, still it's seriously making me feel so uncomfortable. They should have notified the guest CLEARLY ON THIS BEFORE we decided to proceed with our booking at their property. Plus: 1. AC wasn't working properly, especially in the 2nd bedroom. Already reported & the PIC guy came & and checked. But didn't even bother to do anything about it. 2. The fridge was out of order from the day we checked in till the day we checked out. 3. The house & the bedsheets weren't spotless. The bedsheets had stains n there were lizards' poop everywhere. 4. Even though I've already informed that 5 of us will be staying in the house, there were only 4 towels given n no extra bedsheets for the extra mattress. We had to request for them again n wait for the extras to be given to us. So annoying! 5. Mouldy odour from the washer. 6. Next time, don't just simply ask for 'extra' money/ deposit from guests before u even check & clean your property thoroughly.
