Bad experience ever.

Liked Big room. Comfortable and have a very nice Klcc and town view.

Disliked The staff wanna cut my deposit due to a drop of blood on the bedsheet. What the heck? Can you just wash it? There's a car park issue. My private car park is being used by others and I need to deal with it myself, no action taken by the staff. Bad experience ever!
