The staff were generally rude and seemed angry whenever we tried to communicate. I called the second service number on the red paper to request an extra chair. The female staff member who answered was very rude and spoke in a harsh, unfriendly manner. Even though I asked politely, she rejected the request very aggressively instead of simply explaining it nicely. The way she spoke made us feel very unwelcome. The older Indian male staff member was also very rude. Overall, the attitude of the staff was the biggest issue for us. The cleanliness was only average. There was also no parking provided, and finding parking nearby was extremely difficult. We had to park quite far away and walk back to the hotel. Overall, the service felt rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. We really did not feel like guests were being welcomed here.
