Disliked Bathrooms were really dirty constantly and really weren’t pleasant to use Aircon was tempermental at times too

If I return I’ll choose another place to stay.

Disliked It’s a rule that smoking in the building is not allowed, but the level 4 emergency exit and pot plants are full of cigarettes and there is a strong smell of it in the corridors. The toilets are very poor and not constant cleanup. Since I arrived there were 3 beds with the old clients shower towel and bed liner. It’s was never cleaned or removed from the beds. It seems that the staff is never there.
