Disliked The breakfast spread was limited and the crowd made it an un enjoyable experience. The staff at front desk, drop-off and at restaurant were very helpful.

Disliked Balcony and floor so so dirty, table and chair at balcony broke so so so dirty. Room look old is not the big problem, but the cleanliness so disappointed. Check in time take so long almost 1 hour to queu before u get a key. Check out time early at 11 am, or else u will be charge for late check out. This is 5 star hotel but so so poor, hope the hotel can be upgrade lah ;( especially the cleanliness
Liked 1. Given an upgrade to Presidential Suite 2. Breakfast - did not hv to wait long even though peak period. Breakfas selection good
Disliked Despite being a Presidential Suite, we were not too happy because 1. Aircond in the master bedroom was not cold. Called housekeeping but Maintenance never came 2. Locked out because scanner cannot read the card. 3. Master toilet does not hv a bidet - unacceptable
