Disliked The property was run down.

Liked We enjoyed the big space, the pool table, game console n the huge balcony!

Disliked The master toilets were wet and not cleaned when we checked-in. Some of the towels were also damped.

Not worth the money at all!

Liked Place was spacious. Kids had fun with the arcade, pool table and slides.

Disliked 1. The water pipe for the bathtub was leaking badly. Each time we use the shower or sink, the pipe will leak tons of water, flooding the whole bathroom floor. Owner's suggestion was just to turn on and off the main switch. It was such a hassle especially when you have kids waking up in the middle of the night to use the toilet. 2. Both the bathtub was dirty and dusty. Had to scrub it myself in order to use it. 3. If you have kids/babies/toddlers, not recommended to stay here. It's next to a mosque and every morning at 5am, the morning Azan will blare on their loud speaker. All the kids woke up crying and couldn't go back to sleep every morning 4. Description wrote.that toiletries and hairdryers are provided but none was found. Only towels and shampoo & body soap 5. Description wrote "extra large bed" but it's just a normal queen size bed. 6. Description wrote suitable for 10 pax but cutleries/plates/bowls only enough for 6 ppl 7. Free carpark only for 2 cars. If you're coming with more cars, you'll have to pay the carpark fee 8. Kitchen has mothballs on the countertops. Very hazardous for a place that is meant to be a kids friendly place 9. Overall the place smells.

Spacious apartment, smelly without any luxery

Liked Spacious apartment, 2 normal and 2 big bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

Disliked We asked for earlier check-in, but in the end it was after 3pm before we could get in. No expectation management on when it would become available. The bathrooms were dusty and dirty, clearly not cleansed for a long time. Bathrooms are not well maintained. Also the rest of the apartment wasn’t clean. We were with 8 people, but there were only 6 glasses/plates/cups etc (which was quickly fixed after our complaint). Also hardly any other kitchenware, so not suitable if you want to prepare your own meals (all cooking plates had stickers with ‘do not use’….). Also there were no tea towels or additional towels in the kitchen. Oh, and also no water cooker or coffee machine in the apartment (which are basics you would expect even in a standard apartment, no idea what they mean with ‘Luxery’ apartment). The place had a very nasty artificial smell from some kind of pearls which were placed in all kind of different places in the apartment. I guess they were supposed to refresh the air, but it was far from refreshing…. Entering the apartment via the keypad was also difficult, until we found out that you should also enter the # before the code…
