TheBess Hotel Tokyo is located adjacent to Singapore and offers a sea viewIt is a family business smart room with the sea view of Princess Bay富力公主湾

Location is good

Liked security staff are very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. location is also very convenient and easy to access. Overall, a great place.

Disliked One issue was that the toilet does not have a toilet shower, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no iron available in the room. When we requested one, we were told that the iron was damaged, but no alternative was provided. It would be better if these facilities were properly maintained and alternatives were provided when needed.

An enjoyable stay.

Liked Generally good and clean! Enjoyed the stay. Conveniently located near CIQ and near Jaya Grocers which can be reached by crossing linkway.

Disliked Master bedroom sink is slightly choked, water takes a longer time to clear. Mouldy wall near aircon in one of the bedrooms. Website says can accommodate 5 persons but crockery was provided only for 4.

Liked Clean , comfy , stunning

Disliked Bed little bit keras , sakit bdn

It was a pleasant stay in Bess Hotel.

Liked The location was very conveniently located near to CIQ and the estate ground is quite pleasant for walking especially in the evening. Our 3-bedroom apartment unit B3A-2-2103A is of good size, has a nice view, clean and comfortable.

Disliked 1. The air conditioner in master bedroom was not working at all. This should be repaired before guests arrive. We booked for 2 nights. For the 1st night, I slept on the floor in the ,living room which has an aircon that is working. For the 2nd night, the host was helpful to provide a complimentary 1-bedroom studio unit so that I have a proper bed to sleep on. The 1-bedroom unit was clean and pleasant. 2. One of the ceiling lights in the Dining room was cracked/broken, This should be replaced before guests arrive. 3. It would be good to provide floor mats in the bathrooms. 4. There was no plug for the two- pin hair dryer. 5. Hand tissues or paper towels or cloth or paper napkins should be provided.
