Disliked Access between towers were very confusing, should add up better signboards or info before the stay.

It was lovely, pack some warm cloths .. food unless you go to the majestic the rest is basic

Great getaway from the bustling Genting Hotel
Liked very nice and quiet place - the onsen was also fantastic. Staff are polite and very helpful. For the onsen - may be also good to have some instructions on how to use the facilities - as some user/s could be first time using such facilities. Like the welcome birthday arrangement.
Disliked provide tea spoon at pantry - after preparing coffee or tea - need tea spoon to stir. Would be good to have food delivery arrangement - especially for breakfast (maybe a simple cafe?). Good to also have directional sign for the footpath to Wyndham hotel.
