Disliked Difficult to coordinate with staff before check in Check in time way too late at 4pm Do not appreciate how they handle the deposit - Rm500 deposit - 3-4 days to refund with the way they handle communication before check in doesn’t really project confident. Rm 100 cleaning fee was charged , but upon check in at 4pm the floor is practically dirty/dusty - turned your feet black kind of dirty. Advertised as 2 bed room unit, upon check in 1 bed room was locked. Although was rectify by the operator later on. But further make the check in - experience bad. Proceed with cautions!
