Great luxurious Hotel in the heart of KL!
Liked Location, helpful staff, pool, Club Lounge.
Disliked The cocktail bar which didn’t open until 4pm was absolutely freezing! We tried it twice but extremely cold both times, even the staff agreed!

Nice hotel, ridiculous customer service
Liked Location is great. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Disliked Being contact 4 days after we checked out asking us to pay for an extra bed when we had booked two rooms for 5 people and only space for 4 of us to sleep.

Liked فندق رائع ومناسب للعوائل . على شارع بوكيت بنتنج وقريب من المولات والمطاعم والمحلات . افطاره منوع ولذيذ وموظفينه متعاونين وشكرا للاخت شيلا عدنان المديرة المناوبة.
