Good location but needs refurbishing. Not so ideal for cooking.

Liked Location is great. Host is responsive.

Disliked Dusty underneath the sofa and coffee table. One side of the mattress in the main room was sunken, the seats of the chairs needed replacement. There's a musky smell in the unit.
