Liked Overall was great.

Disliked Host is seemed to miss my booking - approached a day before checking on key collection instructions, followed up message sent at 12:06pm on check-in day, however, received nothing until 1:30pm and i have to call in order to obtain the information. After all, not really a big issue but it would be much appreciated that the host can be more proactive in ensuring guests have received the relevant info for their booking.

Liked the house kinda clean and look good

Disliked the owner of the airbnb is very rude to customer and the customer service is really bad. and do not give us complete and detailed information to us. the information on booking website is different with the what the owner told to us
