A frustrating and unpleasant stay due to poor maintenance and unresponsive customer service.

Disliked The property was a complete disappointment. Out of the 7 days, every single day felt like a struggle. For 2 days, there was no hot water, and dirty water backflow flooded the bathroom, leaving it damp, moldy, and filled with a foul smell. I had to endure this unbearable environment for the entire week. Even after providing multiple photos and videos as proof, customer service failed to respond promptly and ultimately ignored my messages. The lack of maintenance and poor customer service were unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Disliked I've booked for one-bedroom apartment for 3 adults with 2 large double beds but was given an apartment for 2 adults with only 1 bed. We have to squeeze in one bed for the nights. Furthermore the bed was uneven and very uncomfortable. Contacted them by messages and calls but not attended to. They only replied the next day. Supposed to transfer us to another unit but not materialised. I've requested for a refund, the price difference between the rooms due to their carelessness, oversight, the frustration and inconvenience caused but they only refunded me the deposit of RM300. The refund should be refunded within 5 working days after check out but was only refunded on 24 Dec 2024.

Liked Very spacious and clean. Just above the Kerinchi Station. Parking is free at the outside.

Disliked The management is not very responsive at whatsapp……

Disliked (1). Parking problem. (2). Bathroom amenities not provided. (3). Corridor from lift to room is dark and lonely. (4). Ad not transparent, ie deposit is required. Will go for hotel stay in future.
