Liked The house is very very nice. And clean. Nice view to sea view.

Disliked EVERY think was ok. Nothing to say bad.

Nice, but there are some extra unsaid charges

Liked Everything in the apartment was comfortable, it provided a lot of facilities such as a kitchen, hair dryer, and iron. the people working there were really cooperative, polite and nice. Pool was also nice.

Disliked PARKING isn’t free for whatever reason? 1 ringgit per 1 hour which ended up costing us 15rm total… and on top of that they say park at your own risk? so I’m paying for parking and I'm not even getting security in exchange? I felt as though that was really deceptive… the fact that I had to pay for parking in the first place was odd, I cannot lie.

Disliked At night time some taxis refuse to take you back to the property from George Town. Saying it is too far (I think it’s only 7 km !!!!???)

Liked The security guy was so nice, funny, always happy 😊 spoke to us every time he saw us. The communication with the apartment owner/manager was great, very informative with what was required to access the apartment, and offered housekeeping as we booked over 4 nights, but we didn't need it. The VIEWS 🤩 excellent sunsets, even thunderstorms and lightening, were amazing to watch from the enclosed balcony. The apartment had everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable, water filter machine, washing machine, iron, and board. Couldn't fault anything. Yes, it's an older building but we found it very comfortable 😀

Disliked The buses! Atrocious driving, we thought we'd give them a go as they drive right past the building. Had to get off way before our paid stop, as I was nearly vomiting 🤢 Do not recommend it sadly. Grab didn't cost that much, so we used them throughout the stay! The apartment is a bit of a hike back into Georgetown, but there were some great restaurants in the Batu feringhi area anyway.
