Has potential, but needs to be maintained a little better.

Liked The location was nice. Near the beach

Disliked It isn’t maintained very well. There is so much potential with this property. Great location to the beach, shops and grocery stores etc. The second bathroom had a lot of mold on the ceiling. Also, the unit had netflix, but it would benefit from having a streaming service as well. The sliding doors to the balcony don’t lock, and there were things stuffed into closets and on the balcony that made the unit look junky and not luxurious.

Worth the price, perfect for resting.

Liked The place is huge and clean. It‘s located in Tanjong Tokong which is quiet and peaceful, yet have all the facilities, shops, restaurants around. And the parking available.

Disliked The pillow is a bit too tall and dense, which is for me personally is quite uncomfortable. And would be perfect if there is a tissue paper outside the toilet and smart tv is the bedroom as well

Good for Quiet Stay

Liked Unit was clean and spacious. Quiet. Smart TV with Netflix. Friendly local contact.

Disliked Check in was a hassle. A KL office handles reservation while a local handles check in. They didn't communicate in our case, resulting in troublesome check in. Parking required long winded drive up with small ramps. Complicated instructions to the actual unit as parking building and condo building are separate. The apartment did not feel cozy at all, more like an abandoned residence. Construction residues left at balcony. Balcony mostly facing a wall of the building in front of it. Paid more than RM1.5K for 2n so huge disappointment. Also just for info, a RM300 was required, returned a few days after check out.

Liked Straits Quay is always a good location. There are a variety of apartments here, some with harbour and some with garden views. It's always good to know what you are getting.

Disliked On the whole everything was good. The apartment could have a better equipped kitchen with more knifes, scissors etc.
