Pleasant stay
Liked Everything was exceptional. The butler was so sweet. She did complimentary laundry. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to mall. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Exceptional luxury, outstanding service and attention to detail that made our stay truly special.
Liked We absolutely loved our stay at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is on another level when it comes to luxury and service. The rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, but it was the attention to detail that really made the stay special. The Butler Service was fantastic, and we loved the daily treats and little touches that were delivered to our room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with an amazing selection and excellent service. Even small details, such as being offered a choice of hot or cold water at the table, demonstrated the level of thought that goes into the guest experience. Everything felt luxurious, polished and special. This was one of the standout hotels of our trip and we absolutely loved it.
Disliked Very little. The location was slightly further from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC than we would ideally have liked, but that was down to our choice of location rather than a criticism of the hotel itself.
