Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, Jalan Ion Delemen 1
Liked Quite clean
Disliked Water heater. After approximately 3-4 uses, the water temperature drops significantly, resulting in the last person showering experiencing cold water. This inconsistency needs to be addressed. Please advise on when this can be inspected and repaired.
Liked Room clean. Just nice for us 1 family. 2 adult with 3 kids age 6, 8 and 11 yrs. All complete in 1 hotel.. Dining, pool kids friendly
Liked Comfortable and nice place, beautiful view, will come again
