The SIGAR Hotel at Sutera Bay

Nice place, bad food.

Liked Nice hotel in a convenient place

Disliked Breakfast and the food at the in house restaurant were poor.

Liked Location and size of room

Disliked Sewer smell quite strong

Liked The room is very spacious and clean.

Disliked The shower has no door or curtain, making the bathroom floor wet.

Liked Cleanness

Check-in was supposed to be at 2 or 3 o'clock, but I only got the room key at 5:30. This hotel has very bad service.

Disliked Clean hotel and good staff but very late get the key to check in tho..

Facilities were acceptable, but if you want better service and comfort i suggest to find other places.

Liked Room is spacious and complete with microwave and cutleries. Slightly away from busy areas so traffic is not a problem. Self service laundry and jom jom mart is readily available and convenient.

Disliked Some of the staff were not helpful. Our keycard was not working when we wanted to enter the room. When we called reception using hp, they told us to go down and reset it. Room cleaning would only be done after 2pm. So if u plan to stay in after 1pm, be prepared to stay in an unmade room.
