Comfortable and pleasant stay ima beautiful flat

Liked Stunning lovely flat. My partner and I stayed here whilst on holiday. Lovely location within walking distance from shopping malls, Restaurant’s and the jetty to go island hopping. Has pool facilities with a infinity pool.The flat was clean and comfortable, had everything you might need from washing facilities to cooking facilities. We arrived late in the evening and Em was communicating throughout with a plan to get us into the property late at night. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Em for being a fanatic host☺️

Disliked Slight damp smell coming from the bathroom but other than that everything was perfect

Liked Extremely well presented and located. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was great through the whole process. Access to a lovely pool and a great location close to Jalan Gaya and the night market. Would absolutely recommend

Liked Very modern, clean, had a washing machine, swimming pool and Netflix , the host Emily was very welcoming and helpful, she helped us with booking a tour. The apartment is super central near everything you would need for an enjoyable stay in Kota Kinabalu.

Disliked Drains smell sometimes but I think that is just Malaysia and host has lots of sprays etc

Liked Emily is a lovely lady, she made sure we had everything we needed and recommended places for us to visit. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything that we needed for our week long stay. There is a a hot and cold water dispenser with drinkable water in the kitchen area which was a bonus as it saved us from having to buy bottled water and it was instantly hot or very cold. The balcony was perfect to sit and read and watch the sunset over the sea. Perfect location for hypermarket, shopping malls and night markets. Plenty of street food and restaurants close by.

Disliked The only thing that we found frustrating, which has nothing to do with the apartment, was there are only three lifts and it is a common occurrence to wait 10 minutes or more to squeeze into an already full one.
