Disliked Did not notify the customer before booking for facilities under maintenance i e. kids pool was not available during my stay

Disliked It’s very dirty and dusty. The air corn doesn’t cold at all. The tv also sometime good sometimes bad. Its very disappointed

Liked My kids loves it

Disliked One bathroom shower the water is very hot even with low pressure. We end up using another bathroom. 2 lifts is not sufficient to go up n down especially peak period. Easily one hr just to get into the lift.

Please put one or two clock at home.

Disliked Change carpet at the balcony..not enough pilow..laundry please use curtain at the window😉
