Disliked We booked a 3-day, 2-night stay at the hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff informed us that hotel guests would be charged RM10 for parking at Level 3A for the entire duration of the stay, with multiple entries and exits allowed. Based on this information, we proceeded with the parking arrangement, and the hotel staff also validated our vehicle registration number in the system. However, as reflected in our Touch ’n Go account, a total of RM90 was deducted, resulting in an apparent overcharge of RM80. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel front desk. We were informed that the hotel would arrange for the full RM80 overcharged amount to be refunded to our Touch ’n Go account, and we were instructed to submit a report and complaint through the link provided by the hotel. We followed the instructions provided by the hotel, but the process was unsuccessful and the overcharged amount has still not been refunded. This is very disappointing, especially as we followed the hotel’s instructions and had already reported the issue to the front desk during our stay. We expect the hotel to take responsibility for resolving this matter and to provide proper assistance rather than directing guests to a complaint procedure that does not resolve the issue. We kindly request that the RM80 overcharged amount be refunded in full to the Touch ‘n Go account, and that the hotel provide us with an update on the resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.
