Overall it is a nice place, clean, comfortable and convenient.

Liked The location is good, easy access to the jetty, the restaurants, some tourist attractions, easy to get e-hailing cars. Convenient to buy groceries.

Disliked The lifts are extremely slow and cause the traffic congestion going up and downs. Long waiting up to 20mins.

Good for a 3-4persons family ‘s stay in KK

Liked Location is good, the gaya street is appr. 5 mins-walking away, supermarket is just on the opposite side . Room is clean.

It is very easy to find food as it close to the night market, and there are food stalls nearby.

Liked The staff was very friendly and on time.

Disliked The lifts were very slow, we ended up using the stairs to the 12th floor.

Disliked Very strong smell of moth balls which we found in the cupboards and had to put outside as made the apartment stink

Highly recommended stay place. Host was very professional and kind to facilitate our stay comfortably. We will come back
