Liked The swimming pool is nice with a great sunset. The accommodation is generally spacious and well equipped and the location is very central so it is convenient to walk around. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Disliked The fact that the check-in was not as seamless as expected. We were supposed to meet someone to get the keys upon arrival but they only arrived around 45 minutes late without norifying us. We had to scramble to get an internet from a stranger to contact the host and get an update. The key person also did not tell us anything about the property nor they brought us to the room (we could barely read the room number from the key we got). I would expect at least a quick intro. I am comparing to another unit management at the same property but under a different company where they were on time with check-in and showed us how to use items at the flat). For instance, this flat had a lot of amenities in Chinese and we had to figure it out pretty much alone. It's just a small thing but would make for a better feel and rating. In terms of the house, the door to the balcony is broken and it was very difficult to open and close. The bed is rather squeaky as well.
