Liked We really enjoyed our 3 night chilled stay. The host was extremely responsive and helpful prior and during our stay. The apartment is a very spacious, comfortable 2 bed apartment. The beds were comfortable. Good sea view from the balcony.The pool was very good. Its well situated and a short walk to the waterfront restaurants. I would recommend and would return

Liked Location, close to everything, markets across the road. Can book same building through many different companies so good to check what each one offers
Disliked Slow lifts, no room service for towels etc unless you pay
Liked Perfect location in the heart of Kota Kinabalu.
Disliked There is a TV and a WiFi router, but there is no internet nor TV reception. It could be cleaner, as well as have more amenities.

Disliked The lift is terribly slow. The bed/mattress is super uncomfortable.
