If l can book a sea view room on Booking.com then it should be available or l should get full refund

Disliked I booked and PAID EXTRA for an apartment with sea view. When we arrived and were shown the apartment, it was a room with no sea view. I was told that there was no sea view apartments left but only city view. I refused the room as it wasn’t what l paid for. The owner didn’t offer any reduction in the price. I then arranged alternative accommodation. I immediately cancelled the booking with Booking.com and requested a full refund. The owner failed to respond to Booking.com and therefore I received no refund.

Liked Great location. Nice and clean room. Staff is really friendly and they really care that you will have a great stay.

Disliked Cold shower. Somethimes wifi didn't work so well. Lifts are a bit slow.
