Bad smells and dusty a/c

Liked The location is fine, easy to access many kind of places such as gaya street night market or gaya street sunday market early morning and philippines night market. The view also nice.

Disliked We didn't use the aircond in the bedroom as it's very dusty, my sinus almost ruin my day as soon as i turn on the aircond in the bedroom. Also, the whole place smells bad, especially the toilet. I can say for the price it's not very worth it and bring your own toothpaste & toothbrush as they don't provide these.
