Nightmare
Disliked Checked in before 4pm then went out for lunch until almost 9pm. Went back just to find that I couldn’t bring along my 2 daughters despite the fact that the room could accomodate 4 guests (the room even have 2 more complete mattress, pillows etc. at both sides of the queen bed). The owner was drunk and rudely chased us out of the cottage when we refused to pay extra RM200 for additional 2 guests. Not even refunded although we didn’t stay there. I am turning 38 and this was my first time experiencing worst hospitality like this. Went to abundant well-known hotels and other places but never treated this way. My family and I just went back from Serapi Retreat before coming here, and their management didn’t even charge us a single penny for having more than 2 guests in one cottage. What a waste of money and time. Recommendation? A BIG NO!
