Disliked Taking deposit and not returned to customer. Promises customer after 3 days but its already a week nothing happen. Contact properties promise many time but still not done.

Liked Loved the location. The host was great with communication. My room view was the best. Merdeka 118, KL Tower & the Twin Tower was all visible from my window. And the rooftop pool view at night was just amazing. Right downstairs were restaurants and 7/11. So everything was convenient.

Disliked Missed the in room safe deposit box. No housekeeping for 3 days straight :( Sofa needs to be upholstered.

Free and easy and convenient location for all you want

Liked Location is convenient to go anywhere and to get Grab car. There are a lot of local foods to choose nearby too.
