Disliked The host disappeared and remained uncontactable right after my credit card was charged for the amount I'm supposed to stay. Despite numerous and repeated effort to contact the host through the number provided by Booking.com, there wasn't any response. On the day of check in (after arriving at the premises on 16 Aug 2026), there was still no response from him. I ended up calling Booking.com for help and to seek alternate accommodation arrangement in the last minute. The situation created a lot of anxiety for my travel partner and I, it ruined our vacation.

Disliked The host never answered their phone, email or WhatsApp to assist with check in. Once the booking was done and payment received, the host will disappear.

Liked Lovely stay at our accomodation in Kuala Lumpur. You have stores and restaurants withing walking distance (which is very convenient since you have to go by car to a lot of places for sightseeing.) The beds are very firm, but if you are not bothered by that, this is an incredibly nice appartment. Also very nice that this building has a pool & the security up front is very helpful!
