Overall, very disappointing experience and would not recommend this property

Disliked - Accommodation was changed without prior notice - Details were only provided after we followed up ourselves - Replacement did not match the original booking standard - Claimed as an “upgrade,” but felt like a downgrade in quality and value

Liked The room was big and very clean.

Disliked There was no soap provided at the sink, and the bathroom drain was clogged, which made using the bathroom quite uncomfortable.
