New apartment with alot of improvements to catch up

Liked New apartment. Opposite AEON mall. Plenty of food available at the ground floor foodcourt.

Disliked The check in instructions given were totally incorrect. Stated 6th floor but actual apartment location on 3A floor. Cleaners took longer time to finish cleaning the room. Wasted an hour just waiting for the keys. No bidet available in both toilets. Shampoo dispenser were broken in one of the toilet. Poor sound proofing. Need to pay RM10 for parking.
