Liked Location is nice.
Disliked Staff is extremely untrained and unhelpful.
I was given apartment with no handwashing, no toilet paper and it was not clean. I was given 12th floor with no view. When i requested for higher floor they demanded extra money.
I requested for late checkout and i was told there is no fix price and can be told on the time of checkout.

It was amazing stay at this property
Liked Rooms are huge for a family of 5-6 with kids, possibility to cook your own food if you like. It has infinity swimming pool at the top floor with view to KL tower and also to petronas tower.

great pool on the top floor but lumpy bed and tv problems
Liked Pool and Gym were fantastic.
Disliked The bed was very hard and lumpy. The main door handle was very loose and I could not get any tv signal in the room.
