Liked The location and best view klcc, we had pleasant stay at platinum crystal room is spacious very clean incredible view city light sky bar restaurant gym we loved property with bathtub.

Liked My stay exceeded all expectations. The check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The room felt luxurious and had a cozy, homey vibe. I loved waking up to the city skyline each morning. The rooftop pool and gym were added bonuses. Will definitely be coming back again soon!

Disliked Horrible view despite being upgraded The pool was under maintenance the whole time so couldn’t use it at all- they must give a heads up or don’t charge for that part of the facility - you are paying for something you’re not using!!! Unreasonable- The toilet also wasn’t clean The sheets were stained too… Not what I usually experience at platinium They truly sucked this time… Not to mention the weak old equipment that barely worked such as the blow dryer and the washing machine… Pure Disappointment…

Liked Best location, the room bery big and pool stunning view twin tower and menara KL. We loved to stay this property will come again.
