Liked Nothing like about it.

Disliked Booked the hotel, although the no counter system for this pricy hotel is unacceptable but still have to proceed because it’s non-refundable. But the problem is hotel owner did not reply any thing even I’ve reached and share passport. Been waiting there for more than 4 hours keep contacting hotel and booking customer service. Booking.com keep saying unable to cancel have to email hotel to confirm, hotel keep replying booking.com email but did not contact me for further check in instructions

Compared with five-star hotels in the same location, the price here is usually lower.
