Disliked Terrible check-in experience: the staff failed to clearly explain the available deposit options, leaving me to spend hours trying to solve a problem that could have been resolved in minutes. I missed an important dinner because of this, and the compensation offered afterwards was frankly inadequate. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend the property.
Liked The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, spacious room.
Disliked Towels you provided for the first time were smelly (ones we asked were okay), the cups in the room were dirty and a sponge was molded, we did not have bathrobes though we asked at the front desk.
Liked The view from the property was excellent.
Disliked The reception staff's behavior was unprofessional. In addition, the check-in process took more than 30 minutes, and a similar delay was experienced during check-out.
Disliked The reception should be more flexible with customers and help them to being next time book by luma
