Disliked Need to pay for parking. Deposit took 15 working days to return. Cockroaches can be seen in the house.Aircond is not working and maintenance person not.available until next morning

Place great~~ management and maintenance need improvement

Liked Location was excellent. It's close to all the amenities, shops, restaurants and cafes- very convenient. Infinity swimming pool was great and city view from the room was spectacular.

Disliked From the beginning, it was a harrowing experience~~ our room was not ready so we had to go into another room for a night. It would have been OK, if the room itself was OK, but this room had no internet connection, the door did not lock and it was not clean or well-maintained. After a night there, we went into our room, but there was a hiccup with our key so we had to wait while that got sorted out. The room itself was good, however maintenance and cleanliness was not good, water pressure in the shower was so low, it took forever to shower, curtain did not work properly. Most frustrating was the management. We stayed for 6 days but we were given only 2 towels. We repeatedly asked for more towels but no response, no action~~ we were beyond frustrated~~ having enough towels for the duration of stay, isn't that a very basics of hospitality??? The place itself is great if the host take care to communicate and respond better with the guests and maintain the facility better, it would be so much better.

Disliked In house lizard, with lizard poop everyday, was cleaned once after alerting the manager but ultimately not resolved. Brown water from all taps and toilet - apparently unused apartment for a week Bathtub drainage - very slow, clogged ? Cockroaches present Dryer doesn’t work No dishwashing liquid or sponge Air con in bedroom not functioning well - needs maintenance Mattress spring busted Living area aircon remote doesn’t work (battery?) Both fan speed cannot be adjusted (remote doesn’t work)

Liked The weather.

Disliked At arrival time the electricity was cut off because the electricity bill was not paid by the owner. The table in the kitchen needs to be replaced. The table base is broken. The cutlery in the kitchen is poor; there are no normal knives. The bottoms of all the drawers (table in the room, chest of drawers on which the TV stands) are falling out. The sofa in the room is dirty. The handle of the mop is broken, so the mop is unusable. There are cockroaches in the kitchen.
