We had a good stay at the oak residence

Liked It was a nice and clean unit. We like the facilites in this condo.

Great, comfortable, very convenient especially the location is connected with 163 mall.

Liked The owner was helpful and kind. He even allow us to check in earlier as our flight arrived KLIA in the early morning, and we don’t have to wait until the official check in time which is 3pm.

Disliked There is only one mirror in the entire apartment which is not enough for girls trip….😂 Hope the owner can put one or more mirror in the unit.

Liked Clean and well equipped. Convenient location as it’s connected to Sunway 163 mall. Good customer experience due to friendly and responsive host.

Disliked Access card’ reader in certain elevators failed intermittently.

Will stay again here for sure . Great for large group family

Liked The place was very clean and neat . Almost everything was provided by owner. Large room with 3 queen beds was so comfortable . Strategic location and the key collection was very smooth with detailed directions .

WORST stay. Deposit refund was only made after 65-day with legal action taken

Disliked BAD BAD BAD. Terrible Deposit Refund Process. NIGHTMARE. The refund was only made by the hotel host after delay of 65-day from the date of checking-out, with repeated reminders/follow-ups (more than 6 times) via WhatsApp. At the end, I need to consult a lawyer to issue the Letter of Demand to the hotel host and lodged complaint to consumer association in order to get back my deposit refund. RIDICULOUS indeed.

Great location and comfortable stay, though the bathroom could be better prepared.

Disliked Everything was good, but there was no toilet paper provided in the bathroom.
