The ocean city view

A great apartment in a perfect t location

Liked The view is beautiful. The location central. The apartment slept 5 adults which was fine for one night. Everything was clean and as advertised. The pool area was great with stunning views.

Disliked Nothing

Beyond my expectation

Liked The place is strategically located at the heart of Kota Kinabalu, where almost everything is walking distance. The room is super clean, and basic amenities are sufficiently provided. The view is good and the room is justly near to the elevator as well as easy access to the refuse chamber. Hassle free right from the arrival until check out 😊

Disliked The floor in the bathroom quit slippery, really need to give extra careful when use the toilet.

Great location with friendly staff and good amenities

Liked - Responsive staff member to all our queries - Excellent location with great access to night markets and restaurants - Great view from the balcony

Disliked - The elevators in the building could be quite slow during peak hours

Liked Location

Disliked Small for 5 persons with only 1 common toilet/bathroom

Liked Our flight was delayed and we arrived at around 11pm, but the staff kindly waited for us and let us check-in. The location is very convenient - convenience store downstairs and supermarket and restaurants are nearby.

Disliked We had issues with bugs throughout our stay. This is probably a whole building issue as the room looked clean. When we told the staff about the issue, they tried to solve the issue straightaway and offered an additional clean-up and pest control measurement was placed, but it did not work much…

Good

Liked Quick and easy once I was able to make contact with the person who handed over keys. Everything is within walking distance. Nice view from room.

Disliked No internet in lobby to make contact to obtain key. No coffee or tea despite it was mentioned in the ad. No tissue box.
