The Manor Residence KLCC by Five Senses

Will not recommend - plenty of better places in the area.

Liked Good location.

Disliked Service and staff was way below what you should expect. No interest in fixing issues; - Breakfast was below par - we cancelled day one and never got money back. -Trash chute was clogged. Informed staff 3 days and nothing happened. Very difficult to dispose trash. -Cleanliness less than expected. -We stayed for 6 nights and no cleaning was included. -Air condition was working badly. At the same temperature settings, it was either too hot or too cold - changing throughout the day and night. -Netflix did not work. -Asked for additional elevator card, which was not possible. Difficult for us as a family. Overall extremely bad staff and service during our stay. Very disappointing and we were happy to check out.

Great location, price and value for money

Liked We enjoued out few nights at the Manor Residence KLCC by Five Senses. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was a good size. There were coffee facilites in the room and a good sized fridge. We made use of the free washing machine on the ground floor and the cafe next door was pretty good. Roof top pool was amazing. Showers were a good size with good water pressure. One thing to be aware of is the name of the property. There are many different apartments with a very similar name, we had a bit of an issue with a transfer as I put the wrong Canopy 5 senses address.

Disliked The room was a bit dated but we expected that for the price. They only supplied 1 door key.

Disliked My booking was for the Manor residence KLCC by Five Senses only to be told upon arrival that my booking was for the adjacent Canopy building which does not make any sense. Additionally, there was no view whatsover which by the way was my main reason of booking their residences. this should looked into and communicated in booking procedures

Disliked No direction of kiblat. Should put the direction as to assist to perform solah. Kindly expect that rooms tenant also muslims.
