Very bad management !!!

Disliked Very bad! It is foreign worker handling this ! Im not even can get the keys. Because they inform us, it is full. Once i reach there. Even i book early. With my kids and we are so tired travel. Then need to find another place ! Not just our family ! I think got 3 or 4 families same like us.! System said vacant, but when reach, they said full . And the keys collection is at outside the building. Not at the counter recep.

Disliked I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with this situation. I was forced to cancel my confirmed booking while I was already on my way to Kuala Lumpur with my family. How is this acceptable? We had already made our travel plans, packed our things and were travelling based on a confirmed reservation, only to be put in this situation at the very last minute. I have used Booking.com many times, and this is by far the worst booking experience I have ever had. I have never experienced a host treating a confirmed guest with such disrespect and disregard. The host cannot simply decide at the last minute that my family and I should deal with the consequences of their own actions. We are guests, not people who can be pushed aside whenever it is convenient for the host. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was already on the way. The host had plenty of opportunity to communicate this earlier, but instead, I was left to deal with the consequences when it was already too late to make proper alternative arrangements. Liked Fake bookings, when we reachee there, Mr. Jay told us your booking is cancel. He demanded more money directly and then cancel for free to return me. He is a cheater and directly approach the client when they reached at property, He has other properties as well and his conduct was same. He just do this because he didn't want to pay money to Booking.com. please you can close his account.
