Liked The location to the city & the view from the balcony.
Disliked I would not recommend this property to book through again. We arrived from a flight and got to this block of apartments at 8:45pm. There were no directions and nobody around spoke enough English to help. We eventually made it to level 1 where there was a cafe. I had asked a group of men sitting down and they said you had to contact the number via the booking.com confirmation. I rang this number 3 times and text to no avail. We were left waiting for another 20mins or so before I knocked into another door across from the cafe when speaking another couple they said you can check in from there. When I entered the room I spoke with two different people who said I was in the wrong area for check in. Thankfully they were helpful enough to point us in the direction of check in. Upon entering the room behind the escalators we came up was the check in room. The gentleman who checked us in was sitting here on his phone (even though I had rang 3 times and text????). We checked in and got into the room at about 10:20pm, we discovered a bad odour in the room, a used pair of slides, stained walls and stained bedsheets. All in all I would not recommend to stay here as I’m sure there are other nicer places. Luckily enough we had a booking with AirBnB for 2 nights elsewhere and this reservation was just as our flight got in late.

Liked Everything are excellent..Near the facilities and easy access to everywhere
Disliked The check in time took plenty of time and me as a new guest didn't really know the exact location to check in. here and there and it took me half an hour to find the exact location by calling the property. Please provide early and clear information to the guest on where the location is to check in. The space parking for the waiting car during the check in also should be provided.

it was still nice as i did not stay that much in the room. but effort should be made for cleaning

Disliked The room was not clean. There were cockroaches in the room and the swimming pool was too crowded.
