I would only go back if they improve on their cleanliness and amenities

Liked It has a nice big swimming pool, good location, it has a spacious car park, the proper is responsive and helpful when problem arises.

Disliked Problems keep arising: floors were dirty, there were bed bugs, unkept property, sink doesn’t flow well, mailbox where we have to collect keys was broken, the beautiful swimming pool has a lot of bird faeces and water is making our skins itchy. One of the towel is totally worn with very thin patches. There were no shower mat, no hand towel, no kitchen towel, one of the glasses had been used as an ashtray so it cannot be used to drink as it has black burned marks, inconsistent dining and cooking utensils.

Disliked Room not clean and no response to messages. Staff were unresponsive. TV system not user-friendly—they provided a mouse to select, which was not convenient. YouTube not updated, and videos on Google Chrome did not play properly. Heater faulty (hot for a few seconds then turns cold).

Disliked TV and Netflix were not working. The place was unclean.
