Liked there is nothing i like about my stay !!

Disliked My stay was extremely disappointing from beginning to end due to the property’s poor management, lack of communication, and unprofessional service. * The property failed to inform me in advance that the accommodation I had booked (The Landmark Penang) was unavailable due to renovations. I only found out after I personally contacted them several hours after my booking was confirmed. * My confirmed booking was changed at the last minute to two different properties (Beacon and Straits Quay) without my consent. This was not an upgrade, as it disrupted my entire holiday and travel plans. * Check-in was significantly delayed because of air-conditioner maintenance, and we were only allowed to enter after 8:00 p.m., wasting several hours of our day. * The replacement accommodation did not match my original booking. I had booked accommodation suitable for six guests, but we were given a two-bedroom apartment and were simply offered an extra single mattress instead of an equivalent unit. * We were required to pay a RM150 security deposit at the first property and were later asked to pay another RM100 deposit at the second property before the first deposit had even been refunded. * On the second day, despite being told we could check in at 12:00 p.m., we were suddenly instructed to vacate the first apartment at 11:30 a.m. and wait elsewhere because the next unit was not ready. We were left without accommodation despite having paid for consecutive nights. * We eventually reached the second property only to be informed that we would not be allowed to stay there at all. This was completely unacceptable after all the inconvenience we had already endured. * The local agent’s attitude throughout the entire experience was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the problems, he blamed us for being upset, even though every issue was caused by the property management. * Communication was extremely poor throughout the stay.

Horrible experience

Disliked Do not book this place. The host was completely unreachable on my check-in date. I sent multiple messages on the app, WhatsApp, but they completely ignored me. I never received any check-in instructions or door codes, leaving me stranded without accommodation. A total nightmare and a scam-like experience. I am currently demanding a full refund from Booking.com. Avoid at all costs!
