Liked Very clean, comfortable bed and great location. Good value for money.
Disliked Staff could’ve been a bit friendlier. I asked for a late check out and they refused, the hotel seemed to be empty so I’m unsure why this was an issue. We had a window in our room that was covered, would’ve been nice to see out.
Liked Excellent value for money, convenient location and the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, overall a great choice in Ipoh.
Liked The room look clean and new. Clear illumination perfect for both work and relaxation. Great water pressure. Room cleanliness is 10/10. Digital door lock at main entrance of lobby, added security. Friendly staff.
