Liked The location was really good. Central to most places I visited.

Disliked I reported a number of issues the very minute I stepped into the unit i.e. 2 fans were not working and despite much to and fro info provided, nothing was done to remediate the issue at all. The unit felt very warm because of the humid conditions and despite the air conds on, it was a very uncomfortable to stay for 4 days. The power source also seem to have a problem where the other fans were running at such a low speed despite it being set at the highest speed. Also the charging of phones took a very long time which would maybe mean that there was something not right about the distribution of power to the unit.

Disliked We rented appartment with 4 rooms for 9 person but only provide one appartment key and one car park.

Terrible and would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Disliked I booked this apartment for my 2 young children, husband and my elderly parents for a nice few days in Ipoh. The air con didn’t work. Someone came to look at it and said you just need to wait for it to cool down. I said we could not sleep in this heat. In the end we all had to stay in one room. They said they would fix it the next day and I didn’t get any communication unless I messaged them. I then realised I was talking to an AI. So a real person wasn’t responding. All the sheets had stains on. The swimming pool was not working without any prior warning that this would be the case. We left and booked somewhere else as it was too hot to stay in the apartment. The corridors are also filthy. Trying to enter the property is extremely difficult to do. The compensation they offered was not appropriate for the level of poor communication and facilities.

Disliked the facilities are old and the swimming pool is out of service
